Cut the shyt. That's pretty beastly for K Hart's size and age. Give him his credit.Considering his height and weight, that's cool. But he only managed to do one rep.
But to every gym rat, that's like the normal weight you have to bench, to be considered for an entry into the gym-rat class.
I went past that stage two years ago.
On the one hand, that's a good bench for his weight.
On the other hand.. breh has short arms
Its ironic that I just read that old Kevin Hart thread for the first time yesterday with him, Cam Newton, and Ice Cube and Kev threw up 225 3x, and half the thread was clowning him cuz it was "only 2 plates".
Yes its easier for shorter dudes, but I dont give a fukk if he's 4'2, how can you not respect somebody at his weight tossing up over 1.5x his own bodyweight?
Coupled with the fact that his personal schedule is probably insanely busy, give him his props.
HATE HATE HATENope, it's easier for short people to lift heavy weight. Midgets are about 80-90% strong as regular sized adults.
hate hate hatenikka his arms short as hell...tell him to try it with a 6'8 wingpsan and be 6'4 and then come talk to me
