That's an excuse. If short nikkas said the opposite, y'all would say they're insecure:mjlol:

You sound like someone that has never been in the gym trying to critique someone. The thing is, is that he's telling the truth. People with short arms have way less rom to achieve, and when you start getting into heavier sets, that makes a huge difference in what you can put up.

SMH @ some of the haters in here.

How about we just talk about the fact that not only is this a small ass dude, but it's someone who has reached the top of his field in comedy (whether you think he's funny or not), is a legitimate movie star, and still is out here trying to reach his full potential physically/athletically...

How many of us are even seriously attempting to reach the top level of ANYTHING we're doing? :mjpls:

shyt like this is inspiration.
It really is. Dude works hard.

Considering his height and weight, that's cool. But he only managed to do one rep.

But to every gym rat, that's like the normal weight you have to bench, to be considered for an entry into the gym-rat class.

I went past that stage two years ago.
Crazy thing he works out like 6 days a week his body doesn't match his ethics .

He needs a new trainer for real .

Yes he's in good shape but not for how hard he works .

Maybe his diet is shyt and he just balances it off.

So, what is it where you lift?

I lift around body builders and if you can't bench press 245 - you're better off staying away. That's the minimum on these streets.
:mjcry:

I destroyed my shoulders from benchin. Flared out my elbows too much liftin heavy weights.

19 shoulder dislocations later :mjcry:

I stick with DBs now Im too paranoid to fukk up my shoulders even more.

Gains are better with DBs too. Barbell bench is a show off workout.

I've been lucky thus far that I've never had any serious injuries from lifting, apart from lower back problems when I used to overdo the shoulder press (I've stopped now cuz I think my shoulders are broad enough).

With bench press, I don't really go beyond my limits. And any time I feel I need to move up, I use dumbbells on flat for a month or two, then move up with the bench press afterwards.

6 days a week is just too much.

You need to let your muscles and body rest.
