Theres rumors that TMZ paparazzi caused the accident
The crash happened on a. Winding road in Malibu. Gotta be careful with those old school cars. They don’t have drivability of new cars. Thankfully, he only suffered minor injuries.

From what I heard it was Kevin Hart and two friends in the car. Friend driving w fiance in the front and Kev in the back. They lost control and the car went down an embankment. That is the regular stuff.
then the story starts to get a little weird/off.
It is reported that Kevin climbed out of the car - the other two were trapped - to go get help. Except it was also reported that Kev was picked up by his security detail who took him back to his house nearby where he decided that he needed to go to the hospital.
What I believe may have happened was Kevin climbed out to get help. His security team shows up and calls 911 and after the police arrive to help Kevin goes home and then goes to the hospital.
The story is here and while the car looks horrendous I believe the fire dept had to cut the two other people out of the car.
How was Kevin Hart able to climb out of that and up the embankment with "serious back injuries?"

Remember in that movie Top 5, Chris Rock gets in a car accident and just leaves the scene? Maybe stars think that is the best protocol for situations like this.
