I saw his stand up at essencefest five years ago. It was funny as fukk...but he hasn’t been funny to me since then. Being x-rated isn’t a deal breaker. He just seems forced

Not in my circle either. He's very entertaining. Regardless of the minority's opinion, the majority of people, including Blacks folks, find him funny and entertaining. The NBA is a Black sport/event, so they get the pulse of the consensus to determine who they'll use, Black people love Kevin and he's considered "safe" by the white powers that be. He may not be "funny", but he's entertaining. I'm just wondering who's next. Nick Cannon?
