Who else is the go-to guy these days? Kevin is unchallenged....I seen him on a commercial every single day for several years. Always in a new mainstream movie. Host stuff, YouTube channel etc. Since 2013 with Real Husbands of Hollywood Kevin been everywhere.


Hannibal Burress had a popular year 2014-2015ish when he went at Bill Cosby....but he didn't really move Kevin out the way.

The comedy game is like rap. The only reason Drake and Kendrick are revered is because they have the machine pushing them in a sea of mediocre talent.

Kevin used to be be funny but he really fell off. That Oscars controversy really neutered him. Chappelle is the only one carrying the torch but even his last few specials have been a dud to me.

Louis CK still hasn’t really recovered from his sexual assault scandal and it shows.

I can’t remember the last “black” comedy movie I watched and really died laughing watching. We had a plethora in the 80s/90s and early 00s. I don’t know what happened. It’s the “ratchet” era right now. Is there no room for a smart black comedy movie to shine?

Same with The Rock. He has all the ingredients to be An action star but his movies are terrible. I don’t understand how both he and Kevin continue to choose terrible scripts and directors when they’re the highest in demand.

eddie reign was near 25 years as a top actor, not even just comedian 48 hrs(1982) and beverly hills cop(1984) came out early 1980s.. shrek the 3rd came out in 2007.. blockbuster major films as leading or secondary actor for 25 years in a row almost no down time..

Kevin hart hasnt been a leading/secondary actor in a major film since 2019 (jumanji) over 4 years ago
