It was an industrial job as a fork lift operator. Yes I did have brehs we talked about what you’re speaking on. Overall tho? It was them concerned with what somebody else was doing, who was fukking who(few females that were there), or some jealous petty shyt.

one of the things that is troubling is when folks refer to marriage as "securing the bag". it's not my business whom anyone marries, but it's just disturbing that one would have this type of mindset entering a union. maybe i'm just old fashioned, but is it primarily western women that flaunt this mentality or is it universal?

It seems like there are certain decisions that have to be made, especially when you’re perusing a lofty career or getting into the entertainment world. A woman has to decide what she wants. I’m saying, they have to be intentional about getting what they want. Thinking the pickings are going to be there forever is foolish. Father Time is undefeated. Why isn’t Pauletta Washington, Michelle Obama, Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Angela Bassett, etc saying the same things?
These women were intentional, at some point, about finding a HUSBAND. Or letting that husband find them. Nothing wrong with chasing goals and dreams, but if you want the married life and kids, you have to go after it or start vetting the men properly. Sadly Most women in our community these days were never taught at home the overall value of having a good man, so they are encouraged to not even bother doing any work on how to get and keep one. Many think they could just go to the "good man" store and just pick one up whenever they feel like it. Or simply manifest it. Just... lost.
I hate saying it, but All other women have a game plan and a direct strategy entering adulthood on how and when to get wifed. They understand if they want a solid dude, their time and options are limited so they must capitalize when theyre at their peak. Shyt like this used to be common knowledge amongst our women. Now it's being dismissed, as our family unit gets weaker and weaker. The Autistic, outcast purple-haired c@cette w/ daddy issues version of f3minism has us in a chokehold and it's by design.
