The problem with Kevin Samuels and the rest of the the relationship gurus is that their advice is based on the false reality that every single person on the planet moves, thinks, and has beliefs are exactly the same. What works for one woman is not going to work for the other.

You'll never get rid of Kevin Samuels or at least people like him because the sentiment that created him is real, exists, and thus far no one has been trying to actually address it. Instead, some of y'all have mocked and derided these people all the while expecting and demanding they listen to you. Why listen to someone who hates your guts and mocks your concerns? It makes no sense at all. Moreover, you have a situation where these people see the black community in shambles under what they feel is the control of or outright watch of those that are doing the criticizing because if Samuel's views were the standard then they would not be considered controversial or met with such resistance. His overall rise is no surprise really. I'm seeing him and people like him take hold in a lot of places in Africa as well, where the gender war has flared up after dying down for a bit. Things are going to be interesting.
