one of the coli health and food experts please correct me, but wouldn't all the processing that goes into making the 3D-printer chemical meat defeat the whole purpose of not eating meat?

Companies do not care about the ethical practices when it comes to manufacturing fast foods. Chemical meat or lab based meat will cost less to produce in bulk, and it will be engineered to never expire in the right conditions.

Nah, it would not be feasible to prepare such meals on a frequent basis in a standard kfc. Fast food tends to be fast paced but simply logistical and it works.

Chipoltle does it, and KFC serves bowls too, they just fill it with mashed potatoes instead of rice. replace it with brown rice and the rest of the stuff is just condiments
