Every time I see CWebb host the players only edition show and see the way he flows and vibes with Zeke, BD and Bosh it upsets me at would could have been Inside The NBA if he wasn't passed over in favor of bringing in Shaq.

I actually like the players only edition it really doesn't need a host, it one of those things were they just need time to adjust and find a comfort between doing highlights and just straight commentary. They neeed to make more like the Open Court format, not sure how you would do that but they need to find a way. Webb, Bosh and Zeke are great on Open Court they just need to translate it to the show somehow.

i enjoy watching these guys but there needs to be an anchor/moderator imo. c webb is entertaining but he doesn't have what it takes run point on something like this he doesn't have the experience. guys like ej, mike tirico... that's what these guys do. they went to school for journalism and worked in media for several years. they're professionals.

guys like webber and payton are gold but there needs to be someone who can defer to them.

lol actually we know payton will never have a prominent role cause he don't give a flying fukk :russ:

I was the same way breh. I loved Cwebb on there he would always crack up on Barkley jokes and never took it too seriously when he got clowned on

He just hasn't had a lot of training. Its like they threw him in front of the camera and told him to do what comes natural. And since its a new realm for him, his nervousness comes out. He's could turn and face the wall and mumble during the entire segment and still be better than Shaq's sally ass.
