it's hard to please some of yall. when fighters don't take risks they get called chickens. when they do, people say it's a disgrace and their team should be ashamed of themselves....this type of shyt is GREAT for boxing. khan has all the tools to give canelo problems. the only question is his chin which has held up pretty well lately. I think this is gonna be a solid fight.

See, I barely remember the Algieri fight though and its not like Canelo is fighting Jorge Paez Jr or something.
Khan isn't a bum and dudes move up in weight all the time. To see so many dudes be in automatic hate mode like I am seeing here makes me think it has more to do with who is promoting the fight than who is actually fighting.

I think khan will lose like everyone else but the fight is at least intriguing purely off the fact it's out of left field. Not sure how people could hate on khan for taking this fight. I see you got brook in your avi so I know where you're coming from. but canelo has never seen speed or reach like khan...it's gonna put his defense and reflexes to the test. I said he has the tools to give canelo problems, not beat him. if a floyd/khan fight got made today, everybody would be happy. canelo and floyd are not far off from eachother as far as size and power. floyd, cotto, & canelo are all on the same plane. this is not a crazy matchup at all. and it took more balls than anything brook has ever done.

im a canelo stan too. but why is a ww without even a belt fighting for the middleweight championship of the world? was his close decision win against chris algeria so impressive that he deserves to jump two divisions

well lara had 75in reach against khans 71in. so theres that. plus lara is a mich better boxer than khan and knows how to use his reach. khan rushes in with sloppy combos paying no mind to distance or defensive positioning.

amd theres a big difference in the size and power between mayweather and canelo. are you serious? mayweather didnt beat canelo because of his size and power. and we all know khan doesnt have an oz of mayweathers boxing skill or iq.

this has nothong to do with brook. on a technical level khan literally has nothing for canelo. what good is khans speed if he uses it to get in wild exchanges with no mind for defense?
