Kid Cudi should know from experience though especially considering he can't rap and sing. His projects were mostly carried by his beats which he would mumble over incoherently with that annoying voice of his. How he managed to even get a following is still one of raps biggest mysteries.

He's not a hater for pointing that out. He's a hater because he himself is epic mediocrity. and thus, calling out mediocrity is inconsistent with his own nature.

If Nas said, "yo that Drake/Future shyt is mediocre", he wouldn't be a hater because Nas has provided albums full of unbelievable quality.
