that's because unlike Big Sean, Cudi had already build a fanbase before signing with GOOD music. PooStain has always been all hype. John Legend is played out. And Pusha is not diverse enough.

Yeah the thing about GOOD Music was that as a collective they were never really all that popular like some people made them out to be. Sure the GOOD Friday series was great but Cruel Summer was trash.

When you really think about it, only Kanye and Cudi are stars in their own right. Sean still can't get a Gold album and while Pusha's album may be good, we all know it won't sell all that great. Everybody else is a tax write off.
