I should have made this poll public so I could neg every single person that voted for :trash: Cudi on sight

:wow:

It's undeniable how garbage this dude is. Dropped quite possibly the 2 worst albums of the 2000s and people still on his dikk for his debut and follow up

:russ:

He also doesn't have anything as horrible as the trash that Kid Cudi produces on the regular

Truthfully - Ty $

Big Cudi fan here. I'm talking Plain Pat Presents: A Kid Named Cudi days. Pre- Day n Nite blowing up fan but he hasn't made consistently good music since 2009 or so. The moment he left GOOD he's been 80% trash and getting worse. Indicud was decent but everything since smacks of a man who thinks he's far more talented than he is. Trying to push boundaries he never pushed in the first instance. That Emile, Plain Pat, No ID & Mike Dean production team was perfect for him and he messed it up by believing his own hype. He always struggled through verses - even as a big fan I realised Cudi was more hook than nearly any rapper out there and even still he couldn't really sing. He just struck magic but it needed the right direction and production.

Ty $ can actually croon a song and his production is way better than people give him credit for. By better - I mean more original and risk taking than stuff like Blase. He seems to be aware of his lanes and is refining them rather than trying to jump start waves.

This is one of the best songs of last year - his brother blesses the first half and Ty blesses the second
