knowing cudi this will be scrapped because the samples didn't clear that he wanted
If not scrapped, the tracks will be reworked.....which likely means they will suffer quality wise.
These things should always be squared away before making such an announcement.
Having a band or live musician to replay the samples....ehhhh could work, but might sound worse

My breakdown
You see this is split in 4 sections again, ala MOTM1, I wonder if there will be a narrator again like Common
Cudi's first 4 joints were great, and I see what he tried to do on the last 2. Satelitte Flight was supposed to be like a movie score. He just failed. SPTH was supposed to be a 90s alternative album, he just really failed.
After hearing through the late night and FSMH1 i know Cudi is back to his rap ish. I think he's balancing his drug use again, which results in his best music. I will say this album will be on par with the man on the moon albums

Satellite flight was not a failure. I made a thread about it sounding like Kid A back when it was released. I like that album a lot. Of course I liked Indicud more, but Satellite Flight was a 4 star release for me.

To each his own, I respect the opinion. Satellite flight is a classic cudi song, but I really don't listen to any other tracks on there.
