Ray Allen hasn't been retired for 4 years. He didn't officially retire until 2016.

Sources: Kidd, Nash, Hill to enter hoops HOF

Other finalists for induction into the Hall of Fame are Ray Allen, Chris Webber, Charles "Lefty" Driesell, Rudy Tomjanovich, Baylor coach Kim Mulkey, Katie Smith, Tina Thompson, longtime NBA official Hugh Evans and the 1953-58 Wayland Baptist University teams.

His college career alone makes him a first ballot HOF. He was the second best player on a team that one back to back titles during the apex of college basketball.

Wait...

By this logic, are you ready to say Bobby Hurley, Cherokee Parks, Al Horford, and Joakim Noah should be first-ballot HOF based on their college careers alone?

Also - no C-Webb is bullchit if Grant is in.
