Kids, five, found having sex in kindergarten bathroom by teacher now facing the axe!!!

This is nothing but a complete shift of blame from the parents of those two kids to the teacher. If this happened at my school when i was a kid, they would have asked the teacher to monitor the kids more closely or set it up so that two students couldnt end up in the bathroom at the same time, and then the parent would have been held responsible for their child having sex.

If two kids went in the bathroom and spilled finger paint everywhere do you think the teacher would be charged with anything? Hell naw. Because the simple fact that two kids made it into the bathroom isnt a crime.

I agree that if the kids did something minor, there wouldn't have been an issue. but if the students were missing AND doing something inappropriate or something that would cause harm or danger, she would have been suspended.

I'm not mitigating any blame from the parents either but I can understand why the teacher was suspended with pay.
