Lol this reminded me of Kindergarten, I used to have this girl come sneak in my bed with me during nap time when the teachers left the room.

Can someone explain what charges are being brought against the teacher and why? Its a crime if two of your kids sneak in the bathroom while you are teaching?

Bet the teacher has to look after 35 other kids too, most likely with no one else to help her out. I doubt the kids were actually having sex too, just imitating something they saw outside of school, either on tv, the Internet, or from their parents. Back in my day we did this stuff too, we just called it playing 'doctor' or 'house'. Kids are always curious about each other's anatomy, but it just seems accelerated these days.

The restroom was in her class, so they didnt leave the room. nikkas in here saying the kids went missing like they were out in another part of the school when they were still in the classroom.

Lets say you have a class of 25-30 students. You give them a task and you go to your desk to work on something. Its easy as hell for two of the kids to go to the bathroom in the back, especially if the kids can walk around the room on their own anyway.

Well the incident happened in her classroom's bathroom. As a teacher she is responsible for all those kids in the room. I think if the child's actions were inappropriate such as sex or potentially endangering the children, she would have been suspended.

Breh, this already happened. It happened in Philly a couple of years ago. I would find you the news article but I aint about to type "Philly kids having sex" in google.

This is nothing but a complete shift of blame from the parents of those two kids to the teacher. If this happened at my school when i was a kid, they would have asked the teacher to monitor the kids more closely or set it up so that two students couldnt end up in the bathroom at the same time, and then the parent would have been held responsible for their child having sex.

If two kids went in the bathroom and spilled finger paint everywhere do you think the teacher would be charged with anything? Hell naw. Because the simple fact that two kids made it into the bathroom wouldn't have been considered a crime.
