I remember my first Game Boy. Got it when I was around 4. Was piff when I played it, but I don't know what happened to shyt. I think I just moved on to the SNES and Genesis and either forgot about or lost the Game Boy. But when Pokemon Red came out ...a dude got one of these for Christmas...

this thread makes me sad I still got mad love for the Gameboy held me down for so long

I know yall wont believe me but I swear by the old gods and the new, the drowned god and most importantly the Lord of Light me and my breh beat our Art Teacher in Pokemon Gold in order to pass the class.

Best part was I had a gameboy game genie that would allow you to type in a code to generate whatever pokemon you wanted at max level so when I played him it was total destruction

I remember I got gameboy for christmas and my brother blue sega gear like this

with color screen while I only have green color screen.

I remember when we took a family trip in southern, Mississippi....during night time in a car and I couldn't see shyt on my gameboy while my older brother was like" and at least I can play my sega gear at night and you couldn't play with your gameboy cause it has no color" and I was . He ether my soul.

Yeah I had the Batman Returns one and a few others from some Disney movies, played them a lot and even convinced myself they were dope but I was young and didn't know any better lol
