I wouldn't use this to condem all mothers who have custody, that's not right, I'd never take a kid away from his or her mother but there's definitely some crazy ones out there or some desperate hoes that let crazy nikkas into their home.

I understand where you coming from bro but all I can think about are those girls. They shouldn't have to live in fear of their own mother.
Same reason why I got custody of my oldest daughter.
Their main concern is their nightmare of a mother.
You have to take a step back and ask yourself what was the father's motivation for putting this online....
No matter how abusive the mom allegedly is....

Because it's widespread, watch that youtube video on the first page that I posted. It's a very important documentary when it comes to custody battles. That Zackary bill was only put in place recently in Canada.
He's only bringing awareness to the problem. Women win, automatically.
I remember being outraged after watching Dear Zachary, more so at the judicial system than the actual offender. THEY made it possible for an abusive mother to take care of a child. It was THEIR fault that child died.
@Colicat that's why it makes sense for this video to be shared. Firstly, to bring awareness to citizens, mothers, sisters, grandparents that the judicial system needs change! Those babies are crying out of FEAR and you are saying it's imperative to the judge that they travel to the courthouse with their mother? What if she harms them on the way? What if she runs away with them? This FATHER did the right thing showcasing how unfairly fathers are treated and more importantly how flawed the judicial system is. This video broke my heart and enraged me and I hope it does that for people that can actually make a difference as well.
