I have no problem with him taping the incident, but having it put on WSHH of all sites is kind of suspect. I'm assuming that wasn't his decision and the tape probably leaked somehow. Either way it hasn't been an effective means of getting him custody so......the situation seems all around fukked up.

Whoever abuses a child is a coward and needs their ass kicked a thousand times. We got a fukked up "Put the p*ssy on the Pedestal" country with archaic laws. Why does a man have to go through all this bullshyt to get custody of his kids? 
OK, so if you say we are dealing with perception, say those were your kids: you come to pick them up from your spouses mother's house, and that's how they act when they are around her new boyfriend. What would you assume?

Many countries have shytty child "protection" laws.
You would think the best interests of the child would win out but sadly that isnt always the case.
This seems especially sad. I'm NOT saying a mother is more important than a father but I think you all know how you feel about your mothers. Can you imagine being terrified of your own mother?
I can't say I blame this man. Western judficial systems are against black people as it is. I can't imagine its easy for a black man to get custody from a white woman.
