he prolly didnt mean to kill her. He likely just wanted her to hurt as much as he did, and he went overboard. I find the party guilty of third degree murder and sentence him to 20 years in jail, with a minimum 15 years.

I was just using cheating as an example of what can cause a dude to go over the line. This can be applied to anything a dude may deem slick and/or outta pocket. Not saying its right since the woman can be out of the relationship and the dude still reacts. I'm just saying that dudes have a higher propensity to react with bad intentions moreso than maybe women when they feel wronged by someone they were/are dating.
