Man, I get what you're saying because the production BEEN lacking (for example, I found out randomly the other day that their intro is actually just a stock intro graphic with their clips inserted, and Cam's music playing over the top of it). But that doesn't mean there's no chance they got mid eight figures, though. There's just a better chance the deal also covers producing the show like most of the deals do, and knowing them, they're skimping to put more in their pockets.
I wonder what conspired... probably just a publication conflict but that would've been wild
