A black man can't care these days. You'll never be praised like you're white in the U.S. We just keep doing what we do, and more importantly keep God first.
Faxts

Oh so this what were gonna do: ignore statistics that say he's one of the worst passing QBs in the league and just judge him solely off his "impact". I can't front you Cam defenders are crafty with the excuse making but CAR isn't winning anything with mediocre QB play come playoff time. Just look at how bad Scam was in the playoffs last yr, they won't win a game with him passing the ball the way he is this yr...statistically he's regressed

They had something to say about being pissed about losing with the towel shyt... Now they don't like him celebrating. They don't like him smiling, don't like him being stone faced... :mindblown: what the fukk CAN he do? This double standard is retarded as fukk. It's a football GAME, not a football MEETING. If you can't have fun there, when can you have fun?

Cam's media perception and opposing fan perception is like Kobe more so than LeBron...but his personality is more like Lebron with how he likes to have fun/being a big kid. Truthfully he should be a media darling like Bron was up til he took his talents too....

cause just like when he was at Auburn having one of if not the best college seasons ever the media rather focus on something they believe fits the picture they painted of Newton since he was at Florida...With the intent to take away his glory cause we all know they were proven wrong about him not being able to play and win in da league...so they beat a dead horse with this selfish, spoiled, entertainer and icon bull shyt.....

when every team mate or coach he's ever played with and for talks about him in da complete opposite way...

like i say fuk him after the towel shyt i realized he would neva be a media darling and thats cool with me...long as son is holding up an lombardi one day..

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers receiver Steve Smith says he "lit into" Cam Newton about his actions on the sideline when the young quarterback was replaced late in the fourth quarter of Thursday night's 36-7 blowout loss to the New York Giants.

Smith said he was upset when Newton sat sulking on the bench instead of getting up to watch backup Derek Anderson and trying to learn from his own mistakes.

As a team captain and the elder statesman of the team, Smith felt something needed to be said to the 23-year old Newton about the importance of remaining positive and handling adversity.

"I don't want to be passive and not do it because if I don't do it, who will?" Smith said. "The same way with my son; I can't expect somebody else (to do that). So, yeah, I lit into him because I thought it was an opportunity for him to see and understand what was going on. This is more than about playing football. It's about becoming a man and understanding what this is."

Newton declined comment through the team's public relations staff. The team said he isn't speaking until next Wednesday.

Players have the weekend off.

Coach Ron Rivera lifted Newton in the fourth quarter against the Giants after his third interception with Carolina trailing by 26 points. Rivera said he took out Newton because the game was out of hand.

After Newton was replaced by Anderson, Smith spoke to Newton on the bench because he felt he was sulking over the impending loss.

"I said, 'Get up and learn from this,' " Smith said. "I watched DA (Anderson) and Jimmy (Clausen) observe from the sidelines the last 20-something games and try to get mental reps. This is an opportunity for you to get some mental reps. Don't just sit on the bench and sulk. I know you feel bad, but that isn't going to help us."

It's the second straight year teammates have questioned Newton's demeanor on the sideline.

Last year, offensive linemen Ryan Kalil and Jordan Gross both spoke to Newton in private about the importance of not getting down during a game
.

According to several players in the game, some from both teams, Newton's standoffish, diva ways made him enemy No. 1 in the eyes of some of the players.

"He was a total ----hole," one AFC player said. "Who did he think he was? He acted like the big s---. Here he was at his first game and he acted like he was the star. Guys didn't like that."

Unpopular Newton got rough treatment from others at Pro Bowl - NFL - CBSSports.com

You ain't gotta lie to kick it breh

At what point do you or any other Scam supporter actually hold Scam accountable for the way he's perceived instead of making it a black & white issue?

Bro u dead ass sound like one of them racist cac talking heads right now :scust:
Search for sophomore and rookie news reports about Cam to try an make your point brehs :rudy:

Cam has matured like any other man in life no one is saying he was perfect he was young/hated losing. And i get what Smith was saying but panthers players still stuck up for him...I remember DeAngelo Williams and Greg Olsen on first take saying all the sulking and towel ova his head was overblown...If he was nonchalant about losing he would've been written off as only caring about being paid, entertainer etc and not winning being first...I loved the fact he took losing so hard give me the QB with that will to win any given sunday....

But for u to act like he aint matured and his mental has caught up to his talent is straight up hating..he use to throw a pick and it would be the end of the world...u would see him start to force throws and visibly be upset on the sidelines. Now he has that quality that all Great quarterbacks have the ability to learn from prior mistakes, register it in a mental file, and move on to the next play. This season he'll throw a pick in one series and the next time the offense gets the ball he'll lead a Game winning TD drive...

He's gotten better mentality and as a leader the past 2 seasons u buggin...I remember watching him root for Joe Webb hardbody during preseason so much they were throwing flags on newton cause he kept running on the field.. and he did the same for Derrick ANderson when he had to miss those games last season cause of his ankle..

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is Derek Anderson's biggest 'fan' - NFL Videos

As far as the Pro Bowl ...Ray Lewis already came out and denied them reports that said nikkas was feeling away about Cam cause of something he did or said to Ray..Besides Cam's rookie pro bowl was similar to MJ's first all star game...

Remember Michael Jordan's first NBA All-Star game? The East veterans froze him out on offense and the West defenders actually played D against him. They hated all the attention the rookie Jordan was getting when he hadn't won shyt
Seems like Cam was getting some of the same treatment from the AFC defense....:sas2:

@AVXL uses the same talking points against Cam that racist whites do. That's why people call you a c00n. It's one thing to just not like him but you do extra and spout ignorant shyt in almost every post.

Who calls me a c00n? You? :heh:

And what am I saying that's ignorant? That statistically he's a mediocre to below average QB?
