ive been in Egypt, far outside of tourist areas, didn't have any problems. Qatar has 300,000 people its a city of rich smug idiots. the gulf is a very lightly populated very rich part of the world. Kuwait and Indonesia are two different planets. Something like 3% of the muslim world is in the rich gulf region, and they crap on everyone including other not rich muslims.
