I think how they are putting people in the game are fine. They are making sure that every character, once added is fine tuned to match other characters in the existing game. It definitely requires patience and money from a company that has both in abundance. Microsoft fits the bill. Bring on Season 2.

They had the main characters in season 1 (Jago, Fulgore, Orchid) and 8 characters for 20 bucks is not nickle and dimeing anyone when SF4 dropped with 24 characters for 60 (same price per character).

Also I like everyone else thought Orchid was black but apparently Rare just wanted to use Janet Jackson as her model but she is actually Asian according to the story. I dont know anyone who thought Jago was black.

Each season is a new game. Minimum of 8 new characters and stages for $20 which averages out to $2.50 per character/stage.
You can buy just one character if you wish, cuz most ppl don't even like all the fighters in a game
Then if you pay enough (like say you end up liking enough characters to buy the full $20 game?
They DONT NICKEL n DIME you. They'll give you the whole game. As in not forcing you to buy the full game if you wanna slowly see if you even like it

If you paid $20, you get everything when its ready. Season 2, they didn't say they would be trickling out characters like they did for Season 1. You seem like you was traumatized by them offering different ways to play the game. Maybe you should :ez:

Its Killer Instinct. The retail is not a different game than digital. The disc uploads to your harddrive
The Xbox One doesn't even play games off of disc, so ppl are buying the disc to extract the digital files basically
YES you can play vs these ppl. And KI always was priced at $20. For $40 they gave you the ultimate edition which came with all the DLC (costumes) and Killer Instinct 1 arcade. Which they was selling for $20 separately as well. Ive seen it since for as low as $10

When they reveal a character, they preview the next character they will eventually reveal
Cinder was that character after they revealed TJ Combo
Then for the first time, instead of going that route they recently revealed Maya
The reasoning being, Cinder was the most popular character from the original (Tru Story)
So they wanted to save that reveal for last. Its part of the fun. If you a fan of K.I. then prepare to be happy as they reveal character after character. Who do you want to see next???
