Its at risk in your pocket but atleast its still yours to control, and you aren't loaning it to someone else.
You can put the money in a safety deposit box, you can use less risk credit unions, or you can invest it in different funds, but leaving it in the bank on some interest shyt isn't really the best thing for people in general let alone blacks who have been burned by bank activities in this nation.
