I'm pro child discouragement when kids with hoop dream who skip English class or who's tallest parent is 5'6....

I'll check it out but I can't imagine how hindering a child's dreams or goals is helpful to said child. Especially presidential aspirations. Most presidential nominees are almost always independently successful, and rich, from their previous professions.
