If we didn't declare war on them, their actions would be declared treasonous and they would be fukking executed. What makes it war is that they are all part of a well-funded international group with a religiously fanatical agenda of attacking the United States and it's allies. Going after each a$$hole criminally and putting them thru a trial for treason would not only be fukking retarded, it would be totally counterproductive.

Even though, in this country, we have due process in the form of those secret courts that are responsible for the authorization of lethal force against these fukking nimrods.
