I believe Cali. has more State-specific stuff included with the usual.

Either way, not going to Law School and trying one of the hardest exams in the country is going to lead you to failure since its two-days of stress.
Eh, I don't think that has anything to do with it. The program she is doing is legit and she studied the exact same subjects as students who go to a regular brick and mortar school. The only difference is that she will not have a JD, but will become California licensed attorney when she passes the bar. If anything, more respect to her for doing it this way. I know two people who became attorneys this way. One did the program in California, and the other in Virginia.

The landscape of education is changing and I am glad that there are more accredited programs available online that allow people to pursue degrees that are normally studied in brick and mortar schools.

i'm reminded why i'm cynical. people see someone take steps to better their state, hit roadblocks & responses are to dismiss or mock. marslow hierarchy of needs puts survival as the bottom most whist self-actualization is the pinnacle. society is so broke and broken, its unable to fathom what comes after money.

Becoming a lawyer as a side quest/hobby is commendable don't give a fukk how rich you are. In a way it's more impressive because it's time/stress that's not necessary in her life since she's already rich. On top of all that iirc she's doing this for legit good reasons, being an advocate for prisoners. Though I'm not sure why she just don't McKenzie Bezos it and pump money into people who already passed the bar towards achieving that mission

According to google she helped get 17 people out of prison so far and actually has pumped money into various legal programs

Lawyer/Attorney brehs, is Law school that arduous? Alot of hours of stress?
I heard the Bar exam ain't no joke at all
Passed the bar in 2012, first attempt. But the shyt is stressful as fukk. A week or two after you graduate, depending on what bar prep course you choose, you're doing deep dives on 30+ subjects, some you may have never taken a class on or haven't looked at since first year. You have to become damn near an expert on every subject, even though all of them won't be on the exam, as well as learning how to take the test itself. You're doing this for 2 and a half months, waking up and practicing/studying.

And for the majority of people, if you fail, you're not falling back on some other career or something, you've just racked up a shyt ton of loans for a degree you can't use to its full extent.

It's changed now since I've taken it with the multistate bar exam, but it's one day of just multiple choice and one day of straight essays.

The California Bar Exam is the most difficult one in the States. 75%+ Failure rate.

Thought that distinction went to to the NY Bar

But Kim is trying to pass this without even going to Law School and putting in that pain. So it’s not surprising especially with all the other stuff she has going on in her life.
I remember Cali being considered the toughest/lowest passing rate when I was in school.

But studying for the bar isn't something you can half ass. That's all you do, wake up and study. Had to go to the school clinic a few weeks in because I'd wake up in the morning and I couldnt' see for 15+ minutes. Once the doctor learned that I was getting ready for the bar, he told me to blink more. Said people would be so into it, they wouldn't blink and their eyes would just gradually get dry.

You're not supposed to work, if you have a job at a firm, they usually give you that time off or reduced hours because they know your attention needs to go to that.

Cali is still the toughest bar to pass. NY is number two and then a bunch of states rank third. She’s crazy. She could hire tutors and do an independent study, but we all know she isn’t trying to do that.

Very telling about the type of human being she is that she would attempt to become a lawyer in order to help others despite already being wealthy. This isn't for her, it's for you.

For us.

Just a legitimate heart of gold that most won't appreciate until she's gone. Rooting and praying for her. The devil can't take away a blessing that God has already delivered.
