I heard the Bar exam ain't no joke at all

The bar exam itself is hard, but the hardest part is the preparation. I had to take the Missouri and Illinois bar exams. Thankfully I passed both on the first try. Don’t want to do that shyt again at all. It’s basically a full time job studying upwards of 40 hours a week for two straight months (that’s how I did it using Kaplan bar prep).

And the worst thing is that the percentage of people who pass goes down with each time they take it (highest percentage of people who pass are first time takers). You’d think your chances are better taking it a second time because you’ve now experienced what it’s like. But nope. There’s a mental block that keeps getting worse every time you take it. I’ve heard stories of people taking it up to 10 times. Scared the shyt out of me when I was taking the MO bar for the first time.

Let me get this straight, she’s trying to pass one of the hardest bar exams in the country, and she didn’t even go to law school? Is she stupid lol? I that get California and some states let you do this, but if you’re failing multiple times, common sense should tell you you’re missing some of the prerequisite knowledge

I remember my girl took hers in 2020 during the pandemic and you had to take the test from home but with little noise and had to have a camera on you at all times. She came so close to failing it because apartment maintenance all of a sudden wanted to complete a request I had put it 4 weeks prior. Asked dude to please keep the noise down and his answer was "I'm just doing my job", I just told dude to shut the fcck up and keep it down. I truly wanted to beat that dudes ass for that answer
