Breh the way it's made seems gross as hell, like fermented cabbage . But lawd have mercy, its life changing. That crunch, the spicy but subtle taste....omggggggggggggggggggggggg.

Na man…. The first time I tried it….

The first thing that hit me was the scent….

But then I tried to give it the benefit of doubt…. But when I tasted it….. the taste was just as bad as the smell if not worst…..


I almost was grossed out at my entire meal at this KBBQ spot I fukked with

Then a job I had a few years ago which was like a Major tech company (in a similar vein of a Facebook or Google). we had a cafe that had a section that served gourmet level food.

They occasionally served it…. Those days the cafe stank! lol

I’ve tried kimchi 3 times in my life that I can remember….

It was worse each time. The final time as damn near inedible. It’s one of the worst things ive ever tasted

And ive eaten snails before

Not many times i will ever agree with a fukkING RAMS FAN

Just remember, kimchi is more of a method than a product. You can kimchi most any vegetable.

That said, Kimchi Napa Cabbage goes on my nightly salads. I eat it right out of the jar often as well.

I swear, you can put kimchi on anything and it just hits so good . I just put the jawn on my hot dogs and it was bliss. Crawled to the refrigerator last night to get a snack, got a tortilla, some leftover chicken, and kimchi....fukking BUSTIN

Hell, you can eat it by itself it's so flames.
