Bet. Tell me. Because I vividly remember being young around my teen years & getting in trouble late at night. I didn't have a 2 parent household to tell me that there is no reason 2 be out late at my young age. There is nothing 4 u at those hours. What is a "non-friendly" zone? That area isn't plagued with people not native to the neighborhood being gunned down, you're talking like his dad lived in a gang neighborhood where outsiders aren't safe.

Truth be told I look at most places as hostile or unfriendly. And it's not about being gunned down it's about wrong place wrong time ish. And how I've always looked at it is it could always be me. A gang neighborhood is almost better because most negus who bang let lil locs gone with they business. And maybe the area WAS dangerous if they got active neighborhood watch patrolling.

The problem I have is it comes off as though you are blaming Trayvon's death on him being out at night instead of on the man who racially profiled him and confronted him with a loaded weapon. I don't think there is anything uncommon about a 17 year old being out after dark, and im being generous with the use of the word "dark", it wasn't long past 7 pm when he took his last breaths. I think it says something about our society when we cant expect our teenage children to be able to walk to a convenience store and come back alive.
