So I'm guessing Bryson Tiller is managed by Roc Nation 
roots picnic lineup was smaller and pretty similar
the one in nyc isn't as good
Coldplay have been wack for over 10 years, should've spent the big bucks on someone else.
Tax used his Roc Nation affiliation to put on Manolo Rose, never even heard his name except when Tax talks about him
beyonce and Kanye were headliners the past 2 years ...drake aint fukkin with tidal events..not sure who else they coulda put up there...
its obvious theyre not trying to go the Coachella route of putting rock bands from the 80s as headliners thinking festival goers wanna see that shyt after turning up to future

Roots Picnic and the MiA lineup are always pretty similar, lasts about the same amount of time but the Roots have better surprise guest appearances AND it's in a better location. You're away from everything, up to 6 stages with a better arrangement, better atmosphere.
MiA is in the middle of the city, a headache getting to and the whole layout of the concert is horrible. It's in the same location as the Roots FREE 4th of July Jam, which has a more diverse but smaller lineup cause it's 1/4 the running time but none of the headache of the MiA.
I saw on I think breakfast club...roots said they outgrew their current location (that pier) and are moving their festival to plateau park (forget the exact name) next year
how far away from the city is that? Is that a good location ?.,,,I'm from NYC and only been to Philly for MIA and was around the center city area downtown
