I think it's a very close difference between Cavs and those two. Keep in mind, they coming off a 6 game road trip. Cleveland played both of those teams in their respective arenas and choked leads in both, I gotta think they'll improve at home.

I don't know...I'm still not feeling it with the Cavs this year. Maybe Love and Irving and Shump just need to keep working their way back, but it doesn't feel right. Sure, they're doing exactly what they need to, but the Spurs and Warriors look like finely tuned machines and Cavs look like a team of streak shooters barely held together by Lebron.

Love is just trash too. I thought the Wolves' owner was just talking sour grapes when he said that Love would be exposed playing in games that mean something, but holy crap. Maybe it's not complete bullshyt that the Cavs would have been better off with Wiggins than him. This is the guy who was picked 2nd-team All-NBA? Because he shoots threes at a 37% clip and neglects defense for rebounding? I mean, how is he going to help them in the playoffs this year?

Shooting? He'll probably start choking when the games get big.
Outlet passes? Fastbreak chances dry up fast in the playoffs
Rebounding? Mosgov/TT/Lebron already have all of that they need
Defense? Oh God. :scust:

Last year was the year to beat the Warriors with this squad. Irving's presence alone, or a bit more breathers for a 7-man rotation that was playing its ass off, or even just figuring out how to use Mosgov right - any of them would have been enough. This year, with GSW going into a next level of confidence, Spurs reloading again, and Mosgov doing I-don't-know-what....it's going to be much harder this year.

I see where you coming from. It hasn't felt right for Cleveland yet. I have to think they'll hit their stride at some point though. Unfortunately from a financial value, it'd probably be better to start games off with TT at the five, and let Mozgov catch his stride down the stretch. Delly running point is also getting more and more worthless, guy is a hindrance to the offense if he isn't tossing up lobs.

I legit expect them to beat GS next game, and that still wouldnt mean a damn thing for the playoffs. Yall just love to add drama to these reg season games.

Blatt can be very :scust: at times tho. Andy been ready and he still uses gay ass Jefferson and shyt.

Shump defense is goat status right now.

Beating GS is just good for confirmation of Cleveland's elite status. Going into February with less than 15 losses is pretty elite regardless, but beating GSW would be nice.

Like some other posters said, I guess Varejao is getting saved for the playoffs. Dude might be a difference maker for the whole team as far as hustle and defense goes. Getting Mo back will help a lot scoring too

Shump playing like a legitimate top 10 SG rn. Dude's clamping and putting numbers on the board.

Andy is not being saved for anything, and Mo Williams will not be getting minutes when it matters (unless someone gets injured). I'm telling you, David Blatt already has his playoff roster, he's already shortened his rotation. It's gonna be the starting lineup, and then Shumpert and Delly will get heavy minutes, and Mozgov will play but on a short leash. Jefferson will get spot minutes, and Varejao and Mo will be on the outside looking in barring anybody getting hurt.

Everything is about matchups. Mo played well vs Chicago, Utah, NYK. His offense could be helpful against bad back ups.

Curry is a great, flashy dribbler, but there's a clear difference in levels of ballhandling skills between the two. Curry is a clear tier below.
