style over substance. Its not a coherent movie at all. The characters are over the top stupid, except Frank White. And the bumbling cop that got no real screen time is the one that kills him? Its a bad movie that got propped up because Biggie liked it.
Comparing it to Carlitos Way is disrespectful to Carlitos Way.
