i just saw the episode with dale suing the laramie cigarette company so he could have money for nancy, and theres a scene were dale and bill are hanging out after nancy leaves him, and they were at first having fun until bill broke down and told him although he wanted them to separate so dale spends all him time at bills, he couldnt go though with it and told dale to go back to nancy. i wonder if the reason khan and minh havent reconsild is because bill didnt scare khan to going back to minh so he could have a roomate like he initially wanted with dale
