The voice actor whose going to be Dale has voiced various characters on the show since its inception including Khan and Cotton so I think he’ll do just fine.

Well you can’t do the show without Dale and its inevitable that someone was going to step in, the best case scenario would be someone whose been there since the beginning and understands the character.

Toby Huss can easily do a competent Dale. It's not even a huge departure from his speaking voice.
