The irony if Cube helps him out. All jokes aside, been a lot of bad news in Hip Hop lately. Reading about this situation makes me think of Percy saying a Hip Hop union is necessary. Also reminds me of Jerry c00ney looking out for fighters who fell on bad times. He used to pay Mitch Blood Green's bills. A lot of those artists from those years despite laying the foundation didn't reap the benefits they deserve. Nas' Where Are They Now comes to mind.

there’s a million rappers who had to go work regular jobs after their music wasn’t super successful ...I hope they don’t all think they should be living off their past music (unless it was smash hit kinda stuff)..and he’s always talked shyt about the industry in general, so it’ll be hard to get people to look out for you

Just because someone thinks higher of themselves than everyone else doesn't make them a leader. Being physically intimidating enough for people to fear challenging you doesn't make you a leader.

Yet this industry will make you think you got friends and comrades, and that's only because of your position at the time.

But my point stands for all artists...pay them their just due and stop stealing publishing, past and current.

It's probably corny to you, but until you put your all n something to get burned or back turned on will make you feel some kind of way.
