How many times do a brother walk in a block and essentially call the entire block out? Very, very rarely. The dudes who do this are unhinged, this ain't something nikkas be doing because more than a few muhfukkas will pack you up outta there for shyt like that...

I tend to not believe anyone, when I hear a guy walked on a block and announced that anybody can get it, unless there's a paper trail of a nikka on smashing nikkas out on them yards...

Well Chicago is weird, it's been documented many times that them dudes are on some homoerotic shyt in they yards...

This changed my perspective on Von, in the past I've compared him to Magnolia Slim because of the similar archetypes as killers on the street. Magnolia Slim been dead for 20 years and I haven't heard a single story of this nikka pussing out anywhere, @Ineedmoney504 correct me if I'm mistaken. If there was a story of p*ssy on Slim's rep it should be known, he been gone 2 decades...

I can't call Von this era's Slim anymore. Still a similar archetype but the sucka shyt changes everything. And it makes Von exactly like different nikkas I've spoken on before, nikkas are built to be active outside but when they go inside the true colors come out...

So my most similar situation to this, in May 2008 on my way to lunch, I was placed under A-Seg, a form of PC, for 48 hours because if I went to the cafeteria I was getting knifed up. I knew there was a hit on me from months earlier but I didn't take it too serious and I didn't know the orders were that day, at lunch in the chow. I got let back down after 48 hours to a different block, general population, but I didn't walk the yard scared...

3 months later ended up on the same block as the nikka who ordered the hit from Marcv 2008...

I was a month befire 19 when this happened, Von is 23 in this video. I never considered PC, never felt fear after realizing the hit was real, wasn't afraid to go at fam when we ended up in the same block...

I got another occasion, this was on a Crip-heavy block, it was me and literally MAYBE 5 other Bloods. I might have to explain this in detail tomorrow, but of the 4 other Bloods I can remember:

•The homie Trap T was the only Damu who lived on the top tier, nothing but Crips and some GDs who were upstairs with him, and after I shook it with the nikka downstairs he took off on a Crip upstairs;

•Stormy was shook 100%, wanted to play friends to avoid any rec. Stormy also had money and leaned into that reputation instead of standing on our side;

•B-Lo was like 45 back then (2010) and a veteran bidder, he was the one Blood of us they didn't try no foul shyt with fam;

•Chris was with me wacking out all they hit ups but when dudes cornered us he went full p*ssy...

I wacked out they shyt which led to me tangling it with one of their spokespersons...

I was on that block 3-4 weeks and never thought about checking off. And I had a reputation that preceded me that kept nikkas from trying me off the gate...
