I know of a few black couples that can adopt a child like him. Problem is, its damn near impossible to convince courts to give up a toddler for adoption.

Children's minds are like sponges, and I hope you're right. In another 5 years or so if the lil man gets older and the negative behaviors get worse, a lot more people will suffer. If you're correct and he turns out to be a good kid in a safe environment, I don't mind being wrong and him breaking generational curses, because a lot of people around him will benefit from that.
