Yes, both 1 and 2 were on the PS2 only. The HD remasters are PS3 exclusive. But KH3 was announced for both the PS4 and Xbox One alongside FFXV in a press release right after their trailers at the Sony conference last year.

Shouldn't be surprising though, all of Square Enix major JRPGs been multiplatform since the first FF13, they sell better on Sony consoles so that's why they are usually associated with them.
