There isn't 5 MC's in the history of rap that i'd prefer to hear rap over Lord...there isn't 5 MC's that ever existed that i feel can outrap Lord...feel the same way about Skinny...both top 5 all-time imo

I can't put Lord in my Top 5 because he was a "Horrorcore" rapper but imo he is the GOAT at that, light yrs better than Em,Brotha Lynch Hung, etc

Homie's flow is a potential GOAT in my books. Second to maybe Jay-z and thats it.

:francis: Homie could ride any fukkin beat in one take. These memphis nikkas was ahead of their time.

Facts:myman:

Skinny pimp still got it peep his verse on that 6ix posse cut. I would argue that cadence wise skinny was superior to jay in their primes. Dude would give 2-3 flows including the legendary triplet flow in a verse:ohlawd:

A street reality rapper with a unique & dark perspective....i prefer to a "horrorcore rapper"...which is a term that didn't even exist as it pertains to 3-6's music back when they were making what people now call "horrorcore" in retrospect...is Bone horrorcore? DMX? Big L? Spice 1? Face? They all had "horrorcore" elements in their raps...would you disqualify them as well?

But yeah...i can see him not being top 5 because of his lack of of diversity content wise...as well as his lack of having a quality solo discog...but personally, i can't name 5 rappers that i'd rather listen to then Crow...and could spit with Crow at his best...not even 3...therefore, he satisfies my criteria for being top 3 all-time. Skinny top 5

DMX, Bone, etc were all considered Horrorcore/to have made Horrorcore songs.

Also Lord was never the same after he tore up his vocal cords (post CH 2 World Domination).

:dwillhuh: That's when he abandoned the smooth laid back flow and started getting loud in his raps...his vocal chords were strong as hell :skip:

He had a somewhat "HI" voice from Chap.2 on back...then afterwards it sounded like he suddenly hit puberty.

Brehs. On a sidenote, it looks like project pat and dj paul are working together again. I know pat had that verse on body parts but that shyt sounded like a prison call rap. If they stick to the tried and true and leave out that choppy/trend hop shyt to the side I know they gon cook up some fie shyt

Three six mafia should of been project pat, juicy j, lord infamous, kingpin, koop and dj paul. Idk if it's just me, but boo and crunchy stayed fukking the songs up tbh.
