This is a good deal for the Nets cuz Andrei can come off the bench and play both forward spots. And him Livingston Terry and Blatche and possible Plumlee seems like a real good bench in theory. But now the pressure is on Kidd to make all this work and to prove that he isn't in over his head. It was one thing to coach a team whose ceiling was probably second round or Eastern Finals at the most. It's quite another to coach one who has legit title aspirations.
