To be fair, he made some great throws to Garcon. But it's hard to say whether that was Cousins being good or the Dolphins being the Dolphins.

Garcon is a great receiver. He'll make some plays when given the opportunity. If Reed can stay healthy and Jackson stays on the field, the offense should be in a good place.
