Robert needs to run MORE imo. He was fine as a rookie, then nikkaz who don't know shyt about anything all have an opinion
Sure, any QB needs to slide in the NFL. Nobody complains when Big Ben does it
Or Kappernick.. Or russel Wilson..Drew Bress. They all run, often times taking big hits instead of sliding
The problem with Robert isn't even his slides as much as it is the way he goes down when he takes hits
I'm talking standing in the pocket, the most vicious hits Rob has taken (outside of the Natta leg demolish) has been IN THE POCKET
He tends to JUMP when he gets hit which leads to players slamming him down at times when it shouldn't be that bad
Especially last year, and I think he was doing that in fear of his leg getting caught in the turf funny

Rob needs to run again so defenses can be weary of that. And he showed that off a lil bit in week 2
As long as Rob can be smart about it, expect MORE runs from him, as well as more passing. It all works together...

If he has another season like he had this season might be time to get a slue of 4th and 5th round picks for him...
