Even John is a questionable Gospel compared to Mark and Luke. If a Muslim were to ever worship a stone or a piece of wood, that would nullify their Islam and make them a disbeliever and that would mean they are like the Jews (Who have earned Allah's anger) and the Christians (who have gone astray).
