NO he isn't

Don't be prisoner of the moment.

Don't believe the nostalgia, you're stuck onJesus Shuttlesworth, but Ray Allen was never a star like that in the League.

In his BEST years, he was giving you 24/4/4 on 46%/43%/90%

Curry in just his last TWO seasons is giving you 24/8/4/2 on 48%/44%/90% and in 6-8 minutes LESS per game. This dude is SMASHING shooting records.

He's a better, more dynamic player. And he's a better, more prolific shooter. Them's the facts. :manny:

Ray never was the primary player for his team in the playoffs like steph is

Well, this isn't true. He was the guy you tried to stop, especially because of how efficient he was... you'd rather let Rashard Lewis or Big Dog try to chuck 30, then shut them down and give Allen open looks.

This is one of those things you know if you watched.

Well, seeing as he was shooting only 40%, its extremely unlikely that his percentage would jump a full 10% over 400 more attempts. And even if he did, his percentage would still be below Steph's :mjlol:. He'd have to shoot closer to 60% to match Steph over that range of attempts :skip:
No nikka, I'm saying he'd shoot 50% on those 400 attempts. Sohh, yeah, I'm saying shoot 60% :skip:

I swear this board gets dumber by the second...

Cats in here are really saying Steph Curry is better than Ray Allen "ever was"...

So there are people on this board that if given the chance would take 15 years of Steph Curry over 15 years of Ray Allen...

I can only assume people saying that must have just started watching basketball when Ray went to the Celtics...

And are not familiar with his work in Milwaukee and Seattle...

I've never seen any player in basketball history shoot off the dribble like Steph. NEVER. I'm even including mid range players like MJ and Kobe in that too.

The things he does shooting the ball on a night to night basis are incredible.
