That's one instance against a bigger slower defender. Even last game where he damn near had 40, you could see his quality drop when he had to put the ball on the floor/create for himself.
his handles. he has absolutely zero and can't take anyone off the dribble...if he works on that the next two three years he will be on kobe level of scoring.maybe
just imagine if he had jamal crawford handleswho the hell is stopping this fool? his release is the quickest in the nba
That's the problem....and allow me to make a video game analogy....but if you spend all your time leveling up one attribute (in Klay's case shooting)...you do so usually at the expense of another (dribbling)..,.

Just so happens that the rest of the coli have followed suit just to spite Steph lol. not saying that's the case with you, but it's clear as day that's the case with many of these nikkas as that's the reason why you see so many Klay threads on the first page

this is why he can't be a first option on a team. his handles are weak, and he's not quick enough to consistently create his own shot. however being a good defender with a quick release on that J is more than enough.

Klay has been a consistent performer throughout these playoffs. Anyone usure of Klay's abilities before this playoff run are undoubtedly impressed, i being included. Klay is averaging like 2 more points in the playoffs than he did in the regular season on similar efficiency. This is who Klay is, there hasn't been some drastic change in his ability.
So forgive me if I find it comical that in a short window Klay has gone from being laughed at for daring to call himself the best at his position and being considered the 3rd best player on his team to now have nikkas running around here saying he's better than Steph
