I mean you can't really put the blame on the medical staff for what happen to Klay...He just had a bad landing that unfortunately caused this.

Now, I will say whoever instructed him to comeback and shoot them free throws needs to get tossed in the bushes because if not for Boogie committing that foul, he may had damaged himself even further.
