Bucks need to trade Monroe,Snell and a lottery protected 1st rd pick for D.Howard.They blow too many leads because

1.They have no low post offensive presence when Henson is on the floor

2.They have no interior defensive presence when Monroe is on the floor

3.Giannis/Parker do not yet have that killer instinct.When the bucks build double digit leads they start settling for quick jumpshots.
